Step 1: Book Truckee Lodging (15 Minutes from Skiing & Riding at Palisades Tahoe and Northstar California)

Book two or more consecutive nights of lodging in Truckee, California, for a total of $300 or greater. Book Truckee lodging directly on our Official Booking Engine or with the lodging provider on their website.

All lodging in Truckee qualifies. Choose from 12 hotels, inns and lodges and over 1,200 mountain homes. Offer not applicable for lodging outside of Truckee, California town limits, i.e. Donner Summit, Palisades Tahoe, Northstar California, and Ritz Carlton.

Offer available for lodging dates between December 1-17, 2023. Last qualifying check-in day is Friday, December 15th. ‍

Step 2: Apply for $100 Sustainable Truckee Gift Card‍

If you booked through our booking engine, you're all set! You'll receive confirmation from Ripe (our software partner) and your e-gift card will be delivered the day you check in.

If you booked through another site (i.e. Airbnb, VRBO, or on a hotel or property management company website), fill out the application form after booking Truckee lodging and reviewing terms and conditions. Form applications must be submitted at least TWO DAYS (48 hours) prior to check-in date and time to allow for processing.

Step 3: Forward Your Lodging Confirmation Email

Forward your lodging email confirmation to contact@visittruckeetahoe.com with the subject line "Truckee Offer."

Step 4: Receive $100 Gift Card

If eligible, you'll receive your $100 Sustainable Truckee Gift Card via email on the day you check in. Spend your card at over 60 Truckee businesses - restaurants, breweries, shops, grocery stores, yoga/massage studios, and more! Got questions? Book two or more consecutive nights for a total of $300 or greater. Offer available for lodging dates between May 1st and June 23, 2023. Excludes Memorial Day Weekend nights of May 26-28, 2023. Offer not applicable for lodging outside of Truckee, California town limits (i.e. Donner Summit, Palisades Tahoe, Northstar California, and Ritz Carlton).‍

Step 2: Apply for $100 Sustainable Truckee Gift Card‍

Fill out the form after booking Truckee lodging and reviewing terms and conditions. Form applications must be submitted at least TWO DAYS (48 hours) prior to check-in date and time.

Step 3: Forward Your Lodging Confirmation Email

Early Winter 2023 Truckee Lodging Offer - Terms & Conditions

Lodging Guest receives $100 Sustainable Truckee Gift Card. Offer available on a first-come, first-serve, sign-up basis for qualifying travelers while supplies last. Sustainable Truckee Gift Cards are digital e-gift cards delivered via email and/or text. Cards may be redeemed at participating merchants only. Qualification requires booking a minimum 2-consecutive nights stay in Truckee, California for a total cost of $300 or greater for travel dates between Dec 1-17, 2023. Last available check-in date for two consecutive nights to qualify for Early Winter Lodging Offer is Friday, December 15, 2023. Reservation must be made between November 1, 2023 and December 15, 2023. Must APPLY using the form in Step Two or by booking directly with connected properties on the Booking Engine.

  • If lodging was not booked on the Booking Engine, applications must be submitted TWO DAYS (48 hours) or more, before check-in date and time.

E-gift card will be sent via email to the contact information provided by Lodging Guest in application form on lodging check-in day. Guest must forward e-commerce PROOF of LODGING PURCHASE showing confirmation of payment, number of nights booked, address of lodging, and total room night cost to contact@visittruckeetahoe.com. Approval of E-Gift Card is contingent upon Visit Truckee-Tahoe verification of lodging reservation with Hotel or Host. This is an application only promotion and must be approved to redeem. Visit Truckee-Tahoe reserves the right to not reward the $100 Early Winter Lodging Offer reward for any reason upon review of Early Winter Lodging Offer application. Limited time offer available while supplies last. Limit one Offer per lodging guest. Applications must be submitted TWO DAYS (48 hours) or more before check-in date and time. $100 E-Gift Card value expires on June 23, 2024.
