Experience a deeply restorative evening designed to calm the nervous system through the healing power of sound and vibration.
The evening begins with a fully supported restorative yoga practice led by Amanda Denz, paired with vibroacoustic sound therapy that uses low-frequency vibrations to encourage deep relaxation. Following yoga, settle in for an immersive Vibroacoustic Sound Journey featuring Danny Rhodes of Sonic Mountain and his custom-built VibroDeck platform.
No prior experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and come ready to rest, recharge, and reconnect.
