The Floriston Fire, located near I-80 and Floriston Way approximately nine miles northeast of Truckee, is holding at 622 acres and is 15% containment. Evacuation orders and warnings remain in effect near the fire and are not within the Town of Truckee boundary. One lane on Interstate 80 westbound is now open at the Nevada state line
