How it Works

Truckee TART Connect works similarly to other app-based ridesharing programs like Uber or Lyft.

  1. Download the TART Connect app on Android or Apple.
  2. Enter where you want to go and order a ride through the app.
  3. Get picked up at your specified pickup location in as little as 15 minutes.

If you don’t have the app, you can still use Truckee TART Connect by dialing 530-553-0653 to request a ride.

Enter Truckee as your service area (you can change this later) when you first open the app and be ready to enter the following information to order a ride. You’ll be asked to enter the address of where you’d like to go, the address of where you’d like to be picked up, the number of passengers, and whether or not you need wheelchair access.
