A half marathon with mountain heart. Starting in downtown Truckee, the course circles Donner Lake, climbs a memorable stretch up Northwoods Boulevard around mile 11, then rolls down the new Trout Creek Trail to the finish. About 13.6 miles of Sierra magic on a mix of trail and pavement, fueled by cheering crowds and alpine views.
With bib pick-up at Alibi Ale on Friday, sunrise starts, live music, local brews, and recovery snacks, it’s more than a race—it’s a high-altitude celebration of community and grit.
