The Truckee Disc Golf Club Champions Cup makes its debut October 24–25 with two days of competitive disc golf at Ponderosa Golf Course in Truckee.

This inaugural PDGA-rated charity tournament will transform Ponderosa into a temporary 27-hole disc golf course, with players completing one shotgun-start round each day. The event is open to a range of divisions, and current PDGA membership is not required to participate.

More than a tournament, the Champions Cup is designed to support the future of disc golf in Truckee. Entry fees benefit the nonprofit Truckee Disc Golf Club and its efforts to grow the sport locally, including work toward development of a new disc golf course.
