Shofar in the Park: Rosh Hashanah Celebration
Celebrate Rosh Hashanah outdoors with Chabad of Truckee at Truckee River Regional Park.
Gather at the Lower River BBQ Area for a festive holiday picnic and the sounding of the shofar, one of the central traditions of Rosh Hashanah. The afternoon will also include Tashlich, a symbolic tradition of reflecting on the past year and welcoming a fresh start for the new year.
Come together with the Truckee community to celebrate, reflect and welcome the Jewish New Year.
