- 5:15pm — HOKA demo shoes available
- 6:00pm — Group runs (short + long options) with DPMR
- 6:30pm — Yoga flow on the patio with Delana (BYO mat)
- Afterward — Food from Best Pies, drinks, and live music with CoachTheDJ
