Kick off Truckee Pride Week with a colorful community celebration along the Truckee River Legacy Trail. Hosted by Tahoe Expedition Academy, the Rainbow Run, Rock & Roll 5K & Community Festival features a family-friendly fun run, walk, roll, or ride followed by a lively mini-festival at Truckee River Regional Park.
Participants can run, walk, bike, roller skate, or scooter the 5K route before gathering for live music, local vendors, games, community booths, and family activities at the post-race festival.
The event welcomes all ages and abilities and is designed to bring the community together in support of inclusivity, wellness, and fun.
Event Schedule
- 8am-9:20am: Bib pickup
- 9am: 5K runners released
- 9:10am: 5K walkers released
- 9:30am: Scooters, roller skates, and bikes released
- 9:30am: Mini-festival begins
- 11:30am: Event ends
Registration
- Adults: $30
- Children ages 5-17: $20
- Children 4 and under: Free
Registration includes an event t-shirt, race bib, and refreshment/aid stations.
