Astro Photography Workshop: Milky Way in the Meadow

Capture the night sky during this hands-on Milky Way photography workshop at Norden Meadow, part of Keep It Dark Astrotourism Weekend.

Join award-winning astrophotographers Mike Oitzman and Allison Kalt for an evening of night photography beneath the Sierra stars. The workshop begins with an introduction to night photography before heading into the meadow to photograph the landscape and Milky Way as darkness settles in.

Whether you’re looking to sharpen your astrophotography skills or try shooting the night sky for the first time, you’ll get expert guidance in one of Donner Summit’s most beautiful settings.
