HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Book Truckee Lodging (Located 15 Minutes from Lake Tahoe)

‍Choose from 12 hotels, inns and lodges and over 1,200 mountain homes located in Truckee, California.

Book two or more consecutive nights for a total of $300 or greater. Offer available for lodging dates between May 1st and June 23, 2023. Excludes Memorial Day Weekend nights of May 26-28, 2023. Offer not applicable for lodging outside of Truckee, California town limits (i.e. Donner Summit, Palisades Tahoe, Northstar California, and Ritz Carlton).‍

Step 2: Apply for $100 Sustainable Truckee Gift Card‍

Early Summer 2023 Truckee Lodging Offer - Terms & Conditions

Lodging Guest receives $100 Sustainable Truckee Gift Card. Offer available on a first-come, first-serve, sign-up basis for qualifying travelers while supplies last. Sustainable Truckee Gift Cards are digital e-gift cards delivered via email and/or text. Cards may be redeemed at participating merchants only. Qualification requires booking a minimum 2-consecutive nights stay in Truckee, California for a total cost of $300 or greater for travel dates between May 1, 2023 and June 23, 2023. Last available check-in date for two consecutive nights to qualify for Early Summer Lodging Offer is Friday, June 23, 2023. Reservation must be made between April 12, 2023 and June 21, 2023. Must APPLY using the form in Step Two.

Offer only available upon proof of e-commerce transaction via an online booking calendar using a credit card for payment. Cash transfers such as and not limited to Zelle, Venmo, Paypal do not qualify.
Lodging booked with reward points does not qualify.
Booking must be with Truckee lodging provider who has active Town of Truckee Lodging Registration Certificate and is a current payor of Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) and Truckee Tourism Business Improvement District (TTBID) fee.

E-gift card will be sent via email to the contact information provided by Lodging Guest in application form on lodging check-in day. Guest must forward e-commerce PROOF of LODGING PURCHASE showing confirmation of payment, number of nights booked, address of lodging, and total room night cost to contact@visittruckeetahoe.com. Approval of E-Gift Card is contingent upon Visit Truckee-Tahoe verification of lodging reservation with Hotel or Host. This is an application only promotion and must be approved to redeem. Visit Truckee-Tahoe reserves the right to not reward the $100 Early Summer Lodging Offer reward for any reason upon review of Early Summer Lodging Offer application. Limited time offer available while supplies last. Applications must be submitted TWO DAYS (48 hours) or more before check-in date. $100 E-Gift Card value expires on December 23, 2023. Lodging Guest email address will be automatically added to Visit Truckee-Tahoe's subscription list. Opt out is available at any time.
