Visit Truckee-Tahoe meetings are open to the public and conducted in accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act, California’s open meeting law. Written public comment for upcoming meetings and minutes from prior meetings are available via our Contact Us form.

Public comment may also be provided in person by speaking to the Board for a maximum of three minutes, whether the topic is agendized or not. If your comment is not a numbered agenda item, it will be requested at the start of the meeting. After non-agendized public comments are made, the Board will not have a discussion. Public comments are welcome by the Visit Truckee-Tahoe Board.
