Mountain Bike Trail Report from Truckee Dirt Union
It's finally that time of the year & this week, the Truckee Dirt Union recommends heading to Harmony Ridge to ride the Hoot Trail. Here's their report: Low level local trails are beginning to bubble open but nothing is certainly clear of snow and mud. Snow patches remain present but they should clear out on lower level trails by the end of the week if temps continue to hit the 60s. Listen to their episode about riding Harmony Ridge Trails here!

TART Connect spring service begins April 8, 2024 and runs through June 27, 2024, with operating hours from 6:30am-10pm. Download the TART Connect APP on Android or Apple, then order a ride and get picked up in as little as 15 minutes. Additional vehicles have also been added to the fleet this winter to help minimize wait times.

Trash & Recycling in Bear Country
Learn how to properly recycle and dispose of trash in bear county from Keep Truckee Green. When visiting Truckee-Tahoe, always dispose of trash in a secured, bear-proof garbage receptacle. If a bin is full, pack out your trash - take it home or find the closest empty bin. Remember, proper food storage protects bears and keeps us all safe!
