Step 1: Book Truckee Lodging (located just 15 minutes from Lake Tahoe)

‍Choose from 12 hotels, inns and lodges and over 1,200 mountain homes located in Truckee, California.

Book two or more consecutive nights for a total of $300 or greater. Offer available for lodging booked and used between May 1st and June 21, 2024. Excludes Memorial Day Weekend nights of May 24,25,26 2024. Offer not applicable for lodging outside of Truckee, California town limits (i.e. Donner Summit, Palisades Tahoe, Northstar California, and Ritz Carlton).‍

Step 2: Apply for $100 Sustainable Truckee Gift Card‍

Fill out the application form after booking Truckee lodging and reviewing terms and conditions. Applications must be submitted at least TWO DAYS (48 hours) prior to check-in date and time.

Step 3: Forward Your Lodging Confirmation Email

Forward your lodging email confirmation to contact@visittruckeetahoe.com with the subject line "Truckee Offer."

Step 4: Receive $100 Gift Card

If eligible, you'll receive your $100 Sustainable Truckee Gift Card via email on the day you check in. Early Summer 2024 Truckee Lodging Offer - Terms & Conditions

Lodging Guest receives a $100 Sustainable Truckee Gift Card. Offer available on a first-come, first-serve, sign-up basis for qualifying travelers while supplies last. Sustainable Truckee Gift Cards are digital e-gift cards delivered via email and/or text. Cards may be redeemed at participating merchants only. Qualification requires booking a minimum 2-consecutive nights stay in Truckee, California for a total cost of $300 or greater for travel dates between May 1, 2024 and June 21, 2024. Last available check-in date for two consecutive nights to qualify for Early Summer Lodging Offer is Wednesday, June 19, 2023. Reservation must be made between May 1, 2024 and June 19, 2023. Must APPLY using the form in Step Two.

Guest must forward e-commerce PROOF of LODGING PURCHASE showing confirmation of payment, number of nights booked, address of lodging, and total room night cost to contact@visittruckeetahoe.com. Approval of E-Gift Card is contingent upon Visit Truckee-Tahoe verification of lodging reservation with Hotel or Host. This is an application only promotion and must be approved to redeem. Visit Truckee-Tahoe reserves the right to not reward the $100 Early Summer Lodging Offer reward for any reason upon review of Early Summer Lodging Offer application.
